InboxConversations

The inbox

Your unified conversations inbox — where replies arrive, get classified, and get answered, with as much or as little help from Duma as you've configured.

The inbox is where every conversation with a contact lives — one place to read replies, see Duma’s take on each one, and respond. Because Duma sends from your own mailbox and watches for inbound messages, replies show up here without you forwarding anything.

Every reply is classified

When a message comes in, Duma classifies it — broadly positive, neutral, negative, or an automated reply. Automated replies (out-of-office, bounces) are recognised and set aside so they don’t clutter your real conversations, and a genuine human reply pauses that contact’s cadence so a sequence never talks over a live thread.

Responding

How much Duma helps depends on your reply autopilot mode. On the default review mode you get a drafted reply to approve; on ask you get three angles to choose from; on off you write it yourself with the suggested-response helper on hand. In every case you can edit before anything sends.

One inbox, multiple channels

Email is the core channel, and WhatsApp conversations flow into the same view once you’ve connected WhatsApp — useful for buyers who reply far faster on WhatsApp than email. Each conversation shows which line it came in on.

Inbox vs review queue
The inbox is every conversation. The review queue is specifically the drafts (openers and held replies) waiting for your approval. Held reply drafts appear in both places.
