Troubleshoot: replies aren't showing

Karibu listens to Gmail push notifications. If you're not seeing replies: (1) confirm the mailbox is still connected at /settings/mailboxes (token not expired); (2) confirm the customer's Gmail isn't filtering Karibu sends to a different folder.
