Troubleshoot: high bounce rate

If a mailbox's bounce rate goes above 5% in the last hour, Karibu auto-throttles it for 4 hours. To recover: verify your domain SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, slow your daily cap to 15, and remove any contacts that have bounced before from your active enrollments.
